Las Vegas Brewing Company’s storied Las Vegas history began long before the first beer was brewed. Stretching back four generations to the early 1900’s, the unabashed family members of the founders relocated to Las Vegas seeking new opportunities for work and prosperity. The founding members of Las Vegas Brewing Company continue that bold desire. However, for this chapter, they do so with the ambitious goal of crafting superior beer bearing the City’s namesake that will resonate throughout the World. With diverse business backgrounds, eclectic global beverage experience, and a knack for creating something special, this team aims to put Las Vegas on the beer brewing map.

Kyle came to us by way of Hutchinson, Minnesota, stopping off in numerous other cities for hockey, school, and work, before landing in Las Vegas for a career in medical device sales. What he thought would be a fun couple of years in Vegas before returning to the midwest, quickly evolved into his forever home.
Kyle & Jamie’s love for Las Vegas, craft beer, and amazing food (they’ve never met a tasting menu they could resist) is the foundation for Las Vegas Brewing Company.
Otto, the legend of Las Vegas brewing, began honing his craft at the Holy Cow! Casino and Brewery in the late 1990’s. From there, he went on to lead brewing operations at Big Dog’s Draft House, PT’s Brewing Company, and Tonopah Brewery. A beer purest at the core, you’ll find Otto enjoying a hoppy, clear West Coast IPA.
Marcolongo, a jack of all and master of many, also began his brewing journey right here in the Vegas valley with Joseph James Brewing Company. His progression in the industry led him to work side-by-side with Otto at PT’s Brewing Company. After a couple of years as the Head Brewer at Brush Creek Brewery and Bagg’s Square Brewing Company, he has returned to his hometown to rejoin Otto in a quest for excellent beer.
